THE AUTHOR

The Bordeaux Wine School (Interprofessional Council of Bordeaux Wine) is dedicated to highlighting the excellence of Bordeaux wines, offering training courses to both professionals and the public, ranging from beginners to advanced. Each course is a delightful experience that includes tasting, exercises, and visits to wine properties. Since 2006, the Bordeaux Wine School has been active on an international level through a program for non-French educators, and today runs thirty schools outside of France..
